The Constitution, Toilets and You
I kid you not. Slate has an article written by a Yale law professor about how labled one-seater toilets are unconstitutional. And because I'm awesome like that, I give it to you.

Psh, Slate has some great headlines, but that one was entirely misleading.
The Constitution has nothing at all to do with what the writer is talking about. It's all based on Title VII, which is just a statute. She doesn't even use the word "Constitution."
My legal sensibilities are offended.

On behalf of Slate, I am sorry.
Also, I would like to say that I'm sorry for taking so long to respond. Sometimes, blogger likes to come between me and my blog. Blogger is a bitch like that.
